利用条件は以下。

 or other iPhone SW repository, but cannot be used in applications that
 use ads to create revenue or are a price other then $0.00. If you would
 like to use these icons in a commercial app, please contact me and
 we may be able to work something out. 

おおざっぱに訳すと、「完全にフリー（利益発生する広告もダメだよ）なアプリにだったら使っていいよ。商業的に使いたいなら連絡してね。」て感じ。
